Welcome Taurus Season ๐ŸŒžโ™‰

Taurus Season is here. Do you feel it? It feels like lovely fabrics against your skin, the spring breeze on your cheeks, the smell of blossoming Jazmin, the taste of indulgent foods and admiration for all that is beautiful around us. Take it all in. Now...can you allow it to just be?

About a year ago, my therapist asked me that very question. "Would it be okay to just be?" This Gemini Sun and Scorpio Moon girl looked around the room and wondered what she was even asking me. I truly didn't understand the question. But it has sat with me ever since. It has rescued me in moments of anxiety and overthinking. It is now a constant reminder in my life. So much so, that I plan on getting a little bee tattooed onto my wrist as a forever reminder to just bee.

And I think the bee is actually a beautiful archetype for Taurus. Yes, Taurus is the sign of the Bull. But I believe we misunderstand that bull. It is not the Spanish fighting bull. It is Ferdinand. Calmly, quietly sitting below an Oak tree, eating the grass and enjoying the slow, simple life. I think most animals give us a good understanding of what Taurus actually is. Pick your favorite animal. Perhaps you will find your understanding of Taurus within that lovely creature. For me, I choose a bee. A bee buzzes around from place to place, enjoying each moment. Each intake of nectar, each buzz to the next flower. Until it finally decides that it's simple, but oh so important, task is done. It goes home and then does it work to give us one of the most decadent foods on this earth.

Animals are connected to Earth in a way that we humans tend to ignore. It's that connection that is perhaps the most poignant reminder of how very Taurean they are. They understand what it means to just take a nap when they'd like and to notice every sensation around them. They say animals can sense when an earthquake is about to come. It's because they're tuned in. Tuned in to every sense in their bodies. And they understand how those senses relate to the earth around them.

So during this Taurus Season, my hope for you is that you're able to get into your body, feel connection to earth and just bee.

She Dances Under the Moon

I've found that the most powerful healing comes from living in alignment with Mother Earth and listening to her calls. She provides us with love, courage, safety, a voice and so much more. But we must listen. Astrology keeps me listening and that's why I trust it and why I use it to help others heal as well

Hello all, Well...it's been a minute since my last email and it's been weighing on me to get this going again, but for some reason I simply couldn't. The world has just felt too heavy and other things seemed too important. But when I sat down and took a look at this New Moon, I knew I had to send something. This New Moon feels like a lot things, but mostly it feels important. A Pisces New Moon is always one of my favorites because it's the last New Moon before we begin the new Zodiac Cycle....

Welcome to Virgo Season! As I sit here and write this email to you all, I'm feeling very uneasy about the whole thing. You see...my Mars (the planet of action) is in Virgo and so, in my mind, my actions need to be impeccable. A Virgo always knows exactly how things SHOULD go. And this email, my friends, is late. I almost didn't send it all, but I'm going to do what I'd tell any Virgo to do, and I'm going to send it anyway, despite the fact that it's not perfect. That's the thing about Virgo....

One of my favorite things about the Zodiac is the beautiful arc of the signs as they grow and mature through each sign and season. To me, Cancer is perhaps one of the most profound of those changes. With Cancer, we begin to understand emotions. The final element of Water is finally here and just like ocean which sways us back and forth and can feel like the most lovely thing we've ever experienced, it can also feel terrifying. It is complex, misunderstood, powerful and vast. Cancer opens the...
